Assist people in wheelchairs or mobility challenged citizens of Fond du Lac County to maintain and/or develope the necessary mobility to function as independently as possibly. Monday Through Friday. Reservation can be made up to two weeks in advance. Services available: Handi-Van, Elderly Walk-on van, and Escort Service for frail seniors.
